Suzanne Pleshette

 

Suzanne Pleshette was an American television, film, and voice actress. She was alive from the 31st of January 1937, until January 19th 2008. Pleshette started her career in the theatre and began appearing in films around the late 1950s. She then appeared in prominent films such as Rome Adventure (1962), Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds (1963), and Spirited Away (2001). Later, she appeared in various television productions and often played guest roles. She was Emily Hartley from 1972 to 1978 on the Bob Newhart show, for which she was awarded a number of Emmy Award nominations.
